Modern Kitchen Remodeling Project in Jessup, MD

This fun kitchen remodel project accompanied a cozy dining space remodel as well while re-facing and quite a bit of additional flooring. The floor type this homeowner chose was an interesting mixed-tone tile floor that convincingly mimics the look of wood, without all of the worries over damaging it.
A modern style sink gives a stainless steel face to the kitchen cabinetry which accents the other appliances in the area. The large kitchen island features a bold accent color designed to casually define the individual components of the kitchen. A large overhang on the island at all sides maximizes the amount of actual prep space while the kitchen countertops behind it offer plenty of additional horizontal work surface.
As another great way to infuse new life, we removed the existing bathroom tiles, installed a glass curbed walk-in shower and trendy lights.
The dull cabinet was removed for the larger bathroom vanity. Further, a modern tile panel was installed in the standing shower – an open niche spruced up as a decorative way to put soaps and shampoos.
