We had another wonderful experience with VKB during our bathroom remodel. VKB is our go to for all of our remodeling/home improvement projects. As repeat customers, we came back because of the excellent work they did for us before, and once again they exceeded our expectations.

From the initial design through the final installation, Nadia-Design Consultant, and Vahid-Project Manager was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Nadia listened to our ideas, offered thoughtful recommendations, and created a beautiful, functional, and stunning space that perfectly matched our vision. Vahid was communicative, responsive, kind, very patient, but more importantly, he is a great listener. He always addressed and handled any concerns to ensure it was completed to our satisfaction. The construction team was skilled, courteous, and paid close attention to every detail. Their quality of workmanship and craftsmanship is truly outstanding. We are thrilled with our new bathroom spa-like oasis. We highly recommend VKB to anyone looking for a high-quality remodeling company.

I had the opportunity of working with VKB Kitchen & Bath (Columbia, MD) on my Kitchen and Powder Room projects. When I tell you both the kitchen and powder room have been transformed is an understatement. My small, dated kitchen is now elevated, luxe, beautiful, and Ah-Mazing! I cannot believe my husband, pup, and I get to live here…😊More importantly, I had the pleasure of working with such a Great group of people—Victoria, (Design Consultant), Edwin (Project Manager) and Josue (Contractor). They actually care about the client and ensured they met all of my expectations and that I was completely satisfied. I mean they actually LISTEN to any concerns I had and went above and beyond without making me feel like I was being annoying or bothersome. Believe me, I can be very particular and detailed. However, they supported me every step of the way without complaint. This is what this company does and who they are. I am big on customer service and they are EXCEPTIONAL. My husband and I had awful experiences in the past as homeowners dealing with shady companies and contractors, so I believed they wouldn’t be any different. To my surprise, they are TRULY one of a kind and Next Level. There are no words adequate enough to express how much we appreciate and grateful to them for their professionalism, patience, honesty, support, quality of work, and making our DREAMS come true. Thank you just does not seem like enough, but THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!!!

This was our third project with VKB, and once again they did a great job. We completed two full bathroom renovations, and the finished results were even better than we expected.

Ramon and the installation team were professional, easy to work with, and very accommodating whenever we requested changes along the way. They took the time to listen, offered helpful suggestions when needed, and made sure everything was done right.

Our project manager, Orkhan, kept us informed throughout the project. He communicated every step of the way, let us know about any delays, and made sure we always knew what to expect. That made the whole process much easier.

For me, Ramon really made the difference. He took the time to understand what we wanted, gave honest advice, and made sure we were happy with the final product. His attention to detail and commitment to getting things right really stood out.

Overall, we’re very happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to use VKB again or recommend them to family and friends.

We had our first experience with VKB and we highly recommend them for any work you are having done. We did a full remodel of our Master Bath.
Here is what you will experience work with VKB
1- Quality work!
2- Good pricing. No hidden fees.
3- Incredibly quick and responsive to questions and any problems that could arose. ( Our project manager Ted, came back after hours on two occasions and on a weekend to help ease our concerns and guide us through the process.)
4. Abner, who was with us daily did excellent work and Farid our designer was outstanding.
5. Stayed on schedule.
6. Made sure everything was done properly.
7. Made great recommendations while understanding what we were going for.
8. Kept things clean throughout the process.

We will begin a second project soon, and I happy to say we will not have to look any further than VKB to do the work.

We selected VKB over competitors based upon overall price and value and the employees we came into contact with. The designer, Al, was helpful and patient during the planning and decision-making process. Once the design was developed, the project manager (Vahid) stepped in with Richard the construction foreman, who proved to be a skilled professional. Vahid effectively managed all the details and particulars of the project and was a prompt and effective conduit for our concerns both large and small which he resolved to our satisfaction in every case. The team was responsive, listened and incorporated requested changes and adjustments per our requests with a smile. The flexibility and responsiveness displayed by Vahid and the team were critical to completing the project to our total satisfaction. We would highly recommend Vahid and RIchard and the rest of the team for any similar project where expectations, craftsmanship, and outstanding results are desired.

I had a very good experience with VKB Kitchen and Bath. I had both my powder room and my master bathroom renovated by VKB. I have to say Vahid Abba is one of the nicest, kindest, very professional Project Managers and extremely very patient I've ever worked with. VKB's work speaks for itself. Vahid was the project manager for both of these projects. I can say if I could give 10 stars I would. The other contractors that assisted with this project were excellent, on time every day, cleaned up after every demolition, removal, during construction and renovation. I'm very very happy with the finished projects.

I want to also thank Marcos 1 of the contractors which did an excellent job all throughout the project, he was always on time, available and did excellent work. I can't remember the other contractors who assisted (their names). We are very happy with the final projects.

I will definitely use VKB for my other projects. I would like to say trust VKB with your renovations, you won't be disappointed! Thank you again, for your expertise!

Kelvin was very professional and offered some very good advice. He was able to explain some very technical things to me so that I can make the best decisions for my selections.

When I visited the VKB showroom, I was very pleased with the experience. Calvin, the designer in charge, carefully explained every detail, from selecting materials to choosing colors and other design elements. His thorough guidance made me feel very confident and satisfied with the entire process.

Two bathrooms remodeled. Generally and overall we were happy with VKB. Workers very respective of our house. Quality work. A few punch-out items fixed at the end took a few weeks to coordinate and we had to wait for floor and wall tiles to be ordered and received. Only real negative from our view point …. there wasn’t any firm coordination with the removal of trash and related work items. Had to call main office to get that coordinated a few times. There were a few weekends when trash was not picked up on a Friday and it therefore sat in a pile on our driveway in front of our house. But overall, a quality job, VKB made sincere efforts to make us happy. And we are pleased overall.
