Founded in 1980, the AAMM or the African Art Museum of Maryland is an institution in itself. Lake Kittamaqundi is a man-made reservoir that spans 27 acres. It is right next to the Mall of Columbia and surrounded by a beautiful fun trail for you to hike on. You can also use the picnic pavilion.
